True change It doesn't begin outside, but within us. It begins where we are ready to look. Into our shadows, our fears and old patterns.

ABOUT ME

Since 1998, I have been involved in building, managing, and developing companies. My focus has primarily been on retail and e-commerce, as well as phases of growth, realignment, and corporate transformation. During this time, I have founded, internationalized, restructured, and successfully sold several companies. My biggest entrepreneurial milestone to date was the establishment of the e-commerce company BELViNi & ViNOCOMMERCE.

From a local wine trading concept, I built one of the leading international e-commerce companies (FMCG) with several foreign subsidiaries and successfully sold it to a corporation.

In addition to my work at Growise Consulting, I invest in selected entrepreneurial projects, including the establishment of the first commercial tea farm in Germany - Growing Karma .

STRUCTURES

Businesses are living systems: They originate from ideas, grow through people, and carry the stories of all those who have built and shaped them. Numbers, strategies, and processes provide structure, but meaning, direction, and the future arise from the decisions of responsible individuals.

These decisions affect not only results, but also livelihoods, culture, and long-term development. Leadership therefore means taking responsibility for orientation, stability, and the path forward. I have experienced what this means in the context of development, growth, crises, and transitions – and I bring this experience to my coaching work.

LACK OF CLARITY

Over all these years, I have repeatedly witnessed that companies fail not due to a lack of ideas, but due to a lack of clarity, structure, and leadership – especially during periods of growth or entrepreneurial pressure.

Incorrect advice and insufficiently developed structures prior to the exit painfully demonstrated to me, after a successful completion, how high the price can be when decisions appear economically correct but are not holistically considered.

LESSON LEARNED

Experiences like these were the most important of my professional journey. They made it clear to me that the true value of entrepreneurial decisions lies not in the moment of completion, but in their multifaceted impact afterwards – for the company, for the people, and for oneself.

POST-MERGE

Support even after a successful company sale is just as important as detailed preparation. An exit is not an end point, but a potential new beginning. This opportunity should be carefully considered, as it holds one of the greatest potentials for your future happiness.
